The winner for this weeks POTW Giveaway is Razor711. He was the only one with the right answer. Platinum you were half right but Pluto is a boy and he didn't find it in a lawnmower.
The correct answer is.....Commander Pluto. When he was little he was looking for his toy robot and found Rotom. He tried to hug it but it gave out electric energy so he couldn't. One day Pluto fainted and he found Rotom inside his toy robot.He could now hug him and he called it Rotom because it 'motorized' the toy robot.(Rotom is motor backwards) Congratulations Razor711 You get your shiny Rotom.
