| Okay so i found this out a while ago but its really fun to make Pokemon cities here is how to make it! Open Paint  And if you don't now where to find it Click All Programs ...  Then Accessories  Then you should find paint  Open two paint files  Then open a browser  For the pictures go to ... Click hereOther ones tooso now you save the image (the second link) and open it on one of the paint projects  Then after you have done that go to the first link and and copy the stuff you want and paste it with the other stuff. Then Select the stuff you want copy it and paste it to the other paint! You can get other stuff from other Sites and backgrounds too. Have fun and enjoy!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Tip:how to make things transparent if you dont know how thenlisten up.... lets say ur background is black and ur background on the thing u have is white like so...  okay there should be two little buttons shown below ...  well click on the one below  and it should work and if it does not then left click on the color you want to change and then right of the color you want to change it too then get the eraser and right click all over the picture!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
