Pokemon Nature Guide

Hello and welcome to my Pokemon nature guide. Before I tell you what nature is you must have a basic knowledge of EV's. Ev's stands for effort points and you can have 255 Ev's a stat and in all you can have 510 EV’s in all. What Ev's do is they add to 1 point every 4 Ev's a stat which will end up giving you a big advantage in a battle but only if you use them correctly. There are two things you have to remember while training Ev's to get them maxed out.

2 .Nature

So this guide will help you cover half the training. So let’s start of with how natures work and what they do to help you EV train. First of all each stat has a positive stat and a negative stat for example the Lonely nature increases Attack but decreases defense. The amount they change the stat is by 10 % so if you trained a state to 200 for attack and 200 for defense and you have a Lonely nature so you will end up having 220 attack and 180 defense so imagine if you get a stat to 350. There is also 5 other natures these natures have 10% up in one state but also has 10% down in the same stat so they cancel each other out so there is no effect. The last things nature does that isn’t as important is that it effects the Pokemon favorite type of berry. Berries decrease a stat by 10% but that’s for a different guide. Here is the list of all the natures.
