steel type gym rules
no hax items
no legends(you know who you are)
no ubers
no hackers(you know who you are)
sleep/freeze/species/self KO clause
using Fissure, Guillotine, Horn Drill, and Sheer Cold is not aloud
you may only challenge once a week
single lv 100 all
only 3 ground/fire/fighting pokemon aloud
when challenging for leadership
you must have 6 steel pokemon
follow the same rules as gym
you may only challenge once every 2 weeks
