No Ubers
No Hacks
No legends
Sleep Clause (3 per pokemon)
Freeze Clause (1 per pokemon)
OHKO moves are banned
Species Clause
Level 100 pokemon only
The first 2 DC's will = a rematch and 3 DC's will be braking a rule
Braking one of these rules will get you suspended from my gym for 3 days.
