| This is my first attempt at drawing a pokemon so yes it isn't good at all but I will get better oh and its arms are in its shell because there very long tentacles in it that have elecrtic flowing through them and his name is Beeton oh and his star shaped thinngs on the back of his head shoot lightning and the things that look like horns controle the lightning and the gem on his forhead can hold it there.  | |
