if u go to veilstone city you'll notice 4 meteorites in the ground the top one is speed form the middle one is normal form than i believe at the bottom left is defence and bottom right is attack (have deoxys in your party and he'll change forms when u touch the meteorites.

There r like 4 meteorites in veilstone city. By clicking on them The deoxys will chane their forms........ but the deoxys have to be in the triners' party.(first read in serebii.net)
