Aiight this is gonna be a guide of a non confusing way 2 ev train:

Only 2 stats can be trained proply and 1 stat leftover with 4 or no stats in it.
With normal training you only get 0-3 stats in ur pokemon, well with ev training you get more than that. When you get 4 evs in one stat, that is one extra stat point in that stat. Each pokemon gets a maximum of 510 evs. But since this number is not divisible by 4, there are two evs that will be unused when you complete your training. If you are confused, here's an example. A lv 50 Electivre battles a lv 35 gyarados,and gains a lv....instead of 3 atk evs it will get 5. Because gyradoses give 2 ev points away. Keep beating gyradoses, e.g the stat in your atk will raise more than the other stats.

Items that can be used when ev training:
Power belt
Power band
Power ankelt
Power lens
power bracer
power weight and macho brace, they all lower speed, except for the power ankelt...==.

There is a disease that is called pokerus, i will give you an example of wat it does:
Instead of gaining 4 evs u gain 8 evs. It is very rare, so ev training would be easier with it but dont try finding it Because its really hard 2 find like a shiny pokemon. If your confused, pokerus can double the evs you get when you lv up or beat pokemon: e.g: beat 10 magikarps, u get 1 speed ev from it, beat 10 u get 10 and then double it u get 20 ev points in speed.

Maxing out a stat to 255 is actually a waste of 3 evs, because at 252 their stats wont go up anymore. so you could max out 2 stats by giving them 255 each, but yout wasting 6 evs (3 extra from each stat) granted, 6 evs really isnt change much, but if you want to raise a stat like 1 points, then save those 6 evs and give it to somehting else. who knows, maybe that 1 more hp will save you from fainting in a battle. unlikely but it could happen. And another reason is 252 is dividble by 4.

Keep track of ur evs with a counter app on ur poketch. A lady in veilstone department store will give u 1, if u dont u have 2 start over ==. With other games like gba games use a pen or pencil and a piece of paper. ^.^.

If your EV count in a certain stat has gone above 100 and you've lost track, use an EV lowering Berry - Hondew, Grepa and so on - which will lower that EV to exactly 100. Which is also bad== i think lol.

Also a stat has iv in it this determines the pokemon stat.(Really confusing.....==)

yea its where you breed for a living and like breed for others. I only do it for 20 credits but this is getting beside the point.
